The Search feature of Citation Explorer helps you discover the existing local citations you may have. This audit allows us to see what business listings are active, and what information is accurate or inaccurate. This helps find incorrect or duplicate listings so we can merge or delete duplicates and correct any incorrect information.
We search and scan nearly 200 resources including the major local listings (Google, Yahoo, Bing, etc), the secondary listings (YellowPages, Yelp, etc), and data aggregators (Acxiom, Factual, InfoGroup, etc). We also dive deeper into niche local and industry specific citations which will include city or region specific citations and local listings on websites for your industry. This level of citation depth helps you get highly relevant links and citations for sources that will strengthen your topical and local relevance.
